HIT Machines are paired with the most advanced polar heart rate technology (polar team pro) allowing users to monitor their effort and performance during each session.
Small Group Training
Users can train one-on-one or in pairs on a HIT Machine, under the guidance of a Personal Trainer. With multiple HIT Machines, Personal Trainers can scale up their offering to train 2, 4 or even 6 clients per 30 minute session.
A HIT Machine show site is a flagship fitness location. We work with like minded people to showcase our machines and the power of high intensity training to your clients. A HIT Machine can pay for itself in as little as 1 hour per week.
